Kerala Nut Food Co takes great care in packing of the kernels and has well equipped packing centers with the latest machinery. The packing of the products safely and hygienically is an aspect we never compromise upon. Our motive is to offer the best quality cashew products to our valued clients

The quality of cashew kernels is strictly in accordance with the specifications of the Cashew Export Promotion Council of India (CEPCI). The packing is done under the experience and strict and expert supervision of the quality personnel who ensure only the best cashews reaches our clients.

The cashews are packed in Flexi packs or tin; which are then vaccumised and infused with Carbon di oxide and Nitrogen in appropriate ratio to ensure that no infestation and to keep the freshness of the cashews intact.

Kerala Nut Food Co received ISO 22000 on 1st October 2007 for packing and dispatch of processed cashew kernels and then was upgraded to FSSC 22000 on 25th January 2012.

The usual minimum order is usually for One Fcl and are packed in the following options

• Two Flexi packs of 25 lb’s (11.34 Kg’s) Nett are inserted into a carton to make a total of 50 Lb’s (22.68 Kg’s) Nett; 700 such cartons make a full container load. This is now the most preferred packing by most of the buyers.

We also do the following packing options in Tin packing

• Two Tins of 25 lb’s (11.34 Kg’s) Nett are inserted into a carton to make a total of 50 Lb’s (22.68 Kg’s) Nett; 700 such cartons make a full container load.
• For the Middle East Customers; we pack Two Tins of 10 Kg Tin each in carton for a total of 20 Kg’s per carton; 750 such cartons make a full container load.
